losing weight
am trying to lose weight after having azooozy but i really can't coz i love eating choclate
but from last month i told myself that i have to stop what am doing coz at last my husband told me that am gaining weight and i have to do diet, i did the diet for 3 weeks and i lost about 4kg's but i stop for 1 week and then am back for it what is happening with me is that what am losing am gaining it,,,,,,,
i don't want to be hayfa or meryam or roby i just want to lose weight plzzzzzzzz help

I don't have a revolutionary way but I know that the best one is eating as much as you want!
I know that it sounds crazy but, the best diet is NO DIET.
The only thing to do is SPORT!
If you walk every day without exception for at least 90 mns or more if you can, you will not lose weight as fast as you wish, because you will be gaining muscles, but within a few weeks you will sculpt your body.
I've been doing that for 3 weeks and I have lost 4 kg, it's even better if you do it before meals.
